Here is a list of tools, supplies, and equipment that I often use in my shop. Shop with these Amazon links and support Second Son Woodworks, as I get a small portion of each sale.

Dewalt Starter Kit

When I first got started with woodworking, I bought a kit just like this (minus the speaker) and it has surved me so well ever since. I wouldn’t mind having the speaker.

Swanson Speed Square

Using a speed square is just about as common in my shop as dust. Get yourself one if you don’t have one.

Ridgid Shop Vacuum rolling

Ridgid Shop Vacuum

Since dust is super common in just about any shop, it is essential to have a shop vacuum.

12 1/2” Dewalt Benchtop Planer

This workaholic has saved me tons of time sanding or hand planing. One of my favorite tools to use.

Makita LS1219L 12" Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw with Laser

I use an old Makita Miter Saw that is on it’s way out. When I eventually buy another saw, this will be the one I get. Top of the line!

DEWALT 10-in. Table Saw, 32-1/2-in. Rip Capacity

Not the exact saw that I have, but pretty close. These little power houses can work all day long and they can cut through hard wood. Stop using the Craigslist saw you bought for $25; get one of these!

The Green Ryobi 9" BANDSAW

Well this definitely isn’t a full size bandsaw and it is "Ryobi”, but it is extremely helpful around the shop.

Shop Fox 16-Inch Variable Speed Scroll Saw

I wish I had purchased on of these when I first got started with woodworking. Scroll saw are great for cutting intricate things, like letters.

The Ratcheting Multi Tool

The Ratcheting Multi Tool from Dewalt

As I write this and add in the link for this tool, I notice that Dewalt’s manufacturer for this tool is Stanley Black and Decker.. Hmm. Anyways, this is a good hand tool.
